1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shrimad Inc. website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Shrimad Inc. provides technology services including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and IT consulting. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work product developed for their project. Shrimad Inc. retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are milestone-based with agreed percentages at each stage. Late payments may incur suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. Shrimad Inc. signs NDAs upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shrimad Inc.'s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
